Refund Policy

Returns
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at keyninja22@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns will be at the customers expense. A flat $5.00 fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover processing costs and the return label. Items sent back to us without a prior return request, will not be accepted.

Once you have received the return instructions and return label you have 7 days to send the item back to us. If 7 days have passed, the return label will no longer be valid and the refund/return will be canceled.

Damage
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will correct the issue A.S.A.P.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

 

When Will I Receive My Refund?

All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, refunds will be sent to the credit card within 7-10 business days from the receipt of the returned order. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

How Do I Change or Cancel My Order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Please include your order number and the modification you would like to make and we will confirm once the modification has been made. 

Please Note: Any orders that have been packed & shipped can not be modified or canceled.
